It’s a favorite grape for many of us. Bright, lively, sharp, racy … and … wait … there are six different styles of Sauvignon Blanc out there?
You better believe it. There are actually a dozen, but in this webinar we’ll focus on the big six.
In this new webinar, we focus in on Sauvignon Blanc as a grape variety: what it likes, what it doesn’t, how it performs in the winery, and much more. Then we’ll move into six TOTALLY DIFFERENT expressions of Sauvignon Blanc to help you plan your summer drinking. This is going to be great fun.
As always, no specific wines are needed to have to enjoy the class. We teach on the model of “learn today to shop smarter tomorrow.” Enjoy a glass or two of anything you wish while learning. (Even a beer if you wish … don’t worry, we won’t tell anyone.)
