Pop a bottle! It’s time for the Dog Days of Summer.

A special presentation covering a range of grape varieties for summertime outdoor drinking, along with hints and tips to best enjoy them.

Heat. Humidity. Sunshine. Sweat.

Some summer days we don’t want to leave the air conditioning. But we should. We know we should.

We know we should sit on the deck or the front steps, a glass of wine in hand, and absorb the warmth knowing full well that life will be colder in a few months.

The dog days of summer deserve a special group of wines.

In this new webinar, we’ll cover a range of particular grape varieites that simply taste better in hot weather. We will cover the physiology of warm weather wine tasting, and how best to amplify your enjoyment. Some of this will be elementary, some will be new and surprising. All will be fun, guaranteed.

No wines are required to enjoy the workshop but feel free to pop a bottle to enjoy during the show. After the workshop, you can use your new knowledge to stock the cellar for great drinking ahead!

The Wine Workshops are designed to be a fast infusion of wine knowledge, taught by one of the most experienced wine educators in the country, certified sommelier Jason Kallsen. When properly and clearly explained, wine does not need to be intimidating. Which of course then makes it much more fun.

We hope you can join us for the Wine Workshop: Dog Days of Summer Wines.
