It’s one of the most fickle grapes to grow. It needs the perfect soil and the perfect climate. There aren’t that many places that are the perfect fit, and in this class we’ll explore the ones you NEED to know.
Each region has their own history and personality that they bring to the glass. Each has characteristics that may surprise you, and hopefully the webinar will spark your curiosity to explore new regions.
We will focus on the big five first: Burgundy, Willamette Valley, Russian River Valley, Sta. Rita Hills, and Central Otago New Zealand. Then we’ll dive into lesser thought of areas including Germany, Chile, and more!
