Grilling season is upon us (but honestly, for some of us, grilling season is any month with more than 27 days in it 😉 … it’s time to talk about the ideal reds to go with hamburgers, brats, pork chops, roast chicken, rib eyes, tenderloin, and more.
In this new webinar, we’ll cover the range of great reds to enjoy with grilled fare and why certain combinations work out so well. We’ll also cover the history of the zinfandel grape, the perfect partnership it has with Petite Sirah (and why), and the way to enjoy reds with the grilling smoke in the air. Lots of information to make your wine taste even better.
No wines are required to enjoy the workshop but feel free to pop a bottle to enjoy during the show. After the workshop, you can use your new knowledge to stock the cellar for great drinking ahead!
The Wine Workshops are designed to be a fast infusion of wine knowledge, taught by one of the most experienced wine educators in the country, certified sommelier Jason Kallsen. When properly and clearly explained, wine does not need to be intimidating. Which of course then makes it much more fun.
