There is no country that is grabbing our wine interest more than Greece. Why? Well, to be honest, it’s because we have a trip to Greece coming up this winter. But as we are doing our research, we are coming across so many amazing and fun wines that we want to share with you. This information seems complicated at first, but we’ll distill it down for you to shop smarter than ever before.
We’ll be covering the history of Greek wines, how to pronounce these varieties, the four key main regions and the multiple important sub-regions, the interesting farming methods on the islands, and more.
And we’ll be making some yummy little Greek bites to go with our food, for as we’ve found this is the ultimate “What grows together goes together” example in the wine world.
