The science of wine and flavor webinar returns for another round of jaw-dropping experiences. This is our most interactive and impactful webinar, where we step through a range of wines along with core flavors (salt, sour, sweet, and fat) to determine what the best combinations are. We will send you full information on what to set up at home if you want to taste along with us, otherwise, you can sit back to watch the show and try it yourself at a later date.

We can’t overemphasize this: when it comes to learning the foundational information of all food and wine pairing ideas, this class is the best there is. We’ve taught this to literally thousands of people, but especially at restaurants when we do in-person staff training. If you’ve ever been to a restaurant where the server REALLY knows food and wine pairing, they may have been trained via this class!

The Wine Workshops are designed to be a fast infusion of wine knowledge, taught by one of the most experienced wine educators in the country, certified sommelier Jason Kallsen along with his wife Angela. When properly and clearly explained, wine does not need to be intimidating. Which of course makes it much more fun.
