Pack your bags! Time to travel to SONOMA!
Sonoma County is one of the easiest wine regions to get to in America. It’s also one of the most complicated. It’s also a place you can waste a LOT of time and money if you don’t plan carefully.
Welcome to the Sonoma Country travel class, fully updated for 2022!
We’ll cover Sonoma from corner to corner, with ideas for how to best travel through this diverse (and surprisingly large) area. You’ll get hints not only on the newest wineries of note but also wineries where you can examine the history of the area.
And we’re not just talking about wine! With each region, we discuss we’ll include a “not about wine” suggestion to make for a well-rounded trip. (Let’s be honest, wine is awesome but there’s more to life than fermented grape juice!)
Alexander Valley, Dry Creek Valley, Russian River Valley, Petaluma Gap, Sonoma Coast, Sonoma Valley, Carneros, and much more will be covered. Info-packed!
As always, no specific wines are needed to have to enjoy the class. We teach on the model of “learn today to shop smarter tomorrow.” Enjoy a glass or two of anything you wish while learning. (Even a beer if you wish … don’t worry, we won’t tell anyone.)

The Wine Workshops are designed to be a fast infusion of wine knowledge, taught by one of the most experienced wine educators in the country, certified sommelier Jason Kallsen along with his wife Angela. When properly and clearly explained, wine does not need to be intimidating.
We hope you can join us for SONOMA TRAVEL 2022!
