No wines are required to taste along with the class, but it sure makes it more fun. You’ll get specific suggestions on wines and chocolate styles upon purchase of the workshop.

It’s time for a romantic night of wine and chocolate pairing!

Join us for a date night webinar by candlelight, learning all about how to CORRECTLY pair wine and chocolate. It’s not as easy as it sounds! We’ll start with an overview of chocolate production and why premium chocolate can be worth every penny. Then we’ll step through a careful lineup of specific wine types and chocolate styles to find the perfect combination.

Suggested preparation for the webinar, with wines and types of chocolate, will be available to you after registration (go to “My Content” on the top bar of the site after purchase).

The Wine Workshops are designed to be a fast infusion of wine knowledge, taught by one of the most experienced wine educators in the country, certified sommelier Jason Kallsen. When properly and clearly explained, wine does not need to be intimidating. Which of course makes it much more fun.
