So for this week’s Somm Survival Kit, we had a grouping of wines perfect to have with grilled food, and I promised those that bought the kit I’d show how to cook a steak in an awesome an new way.

The steak came from Widmer’s Market in St. Paul, on the corner of St. Clair and Prior.
